I conform to guidelines laid down by the BACP Ethical Framework 71. and GDPR 2018 legislation, I will make minimal factual notes after supervision/ therapy which will be kept on a password protected device, these are retained for a period of 7 years following termination of our agreement, at which time all information held by me about the supervisee/client will be destroyed. Personal details of the supervisee/client, including contact details will be removed 1 month after termination of the agreement from all devices. I personally hold an ICO Certificate - ZB328124.
